The BETAFPV F4 2-3S 20A AIO FC V1 is a completely separate product family from the previously listed Matrix and Air 1S series. It uses a 2-3S LiPo power input instead of 1S and features an STM32F405RGT6 (168MHz) MCU instead of the G473. The ESC is rated at 20A continuous / 25A burst current, significantly higher than the 5-18A range of the previous 1S products. Instead of the SH1.0-6Pin HD digital VTX port used by the DJI O4 series, it provides a solder-free DJI O3 6-Pin PMU connector. It also features a separate HD Digital VTX pad group, whose output voltage can be switched from the default 9V to 5V by changing a solder bridge, allowing compatibility with 5V VTXs such as the WalkSnail Avatar HD Mini 1S/Lite. This product is also the first in this series to feature a built-in barometer (BMP280/DSP310) and dual BEC outputs (5V@3A and 9V@2A). It includes a built-in Serial ELRS 2.4G receiver. An ESP8285 chip is also visible in the board pinout diagram, although its exact function is not separately explained on the official page. The ESC uses Bluejay firmware with an EFM8BB51 chip (C_X_70_48_V0.19.2.hex, 48KHz). Two separate solder modifications are supported: "Remove Resistor to Release UART3" and "Remove the Chip Bead to Cut Off the Power". The mounting hole spacing is 26x26mm, the same as the previous products.
